Shipping and Handling:

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

Custom Made Order 10-20 Business Days, this will depend on:

  • Accurate information given in regard to measurements, pattern, design, color, fabric and etc. Delivery of Bridal orders depends on size of order.
  • Please contact us for delivery date once your order is confirmed.

Please Note: Products order from our "Product List Catalogs" are shipped from the warehouse in the USA and lesser portion from our boutique in Jamaica.

Returns:

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

International Shipping

Thanks for your international order. To send orders outside of the Jamaica and US, there are also some other extra things needed. For your payment, we do not accept credit cards that are not based in the Caribbean and US Banks with both billing address. However, there are some other payment options such as a Wire Transfer, Paypal, or mailing a money order denominated in USD, GBP, CAD, EUR dollars.

The easiest method for most people is Paypal. Unless you choose the shipping company we will ship the least expensive way, We will tell you the total cost of your order including shipping. But we will not know the exact cost until after your order is packed. We are not able to assist you with customs.

If there are any extra charges by the country to which the package is being shipped, or for customs clearing, these costs are extra costs to you, and are not included in your payment to us. If you receive any damaged goods you must contact the shipping company as soon as possible in order to process any claims.

If there is anything that is missing from your order when you receive it, we are not able to re-ship any missing items. You may be refunded for these items; but replacements can not be sent. We have a 100% guarantee for the goods sent, but shipping costs are not refundable.
